Non Refundable Policy

Before you proceed, please read the conditions outlined below which apply to our service access fee.

To get started with accessing the personalised support and receiving guidance with respect to your study abroad options available to you via the Africred Platform (“the Service”), a one-time service access fee of $20 (Twenty Dollars) is required. Please note that the $20 service fee is non-refundable, even if you decide to cancel the process, or for any other reason choose not to continue with accessing or obtaining or receiving the Service after paying the fee.

By clicking “I Agree” and completing the payment, you agree to the following:

• that the fee is necessary to proceed with your application and is charged upfront;
• this fee is non-refundable, which means once paid, it cannot be returned, even if you don't continue with the access to our services; and
• that you are aware that the payment of this one-time service fee is required to proceed to enable you access to our platform and services.

Please note that any and all payments, including without limitation any of the fees for access to and the use of the platform by you, shall be paid only to AfriCred and to no other party whatsoever. Once the payment is made, you will have full access to our platform, where we will assist you in accessing and obtaining the Service.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here, and the updated version will be effective immediately. Please feel free to review this periodically to stay informed.
