AfriCred provides services such as facilitating connections with potential employers and educational institutions, offering guidance throughout the application process (including profile enhancement and interview preparation), and connecting clients with licensed third-party providers for language training, visa processing, loans, and remittances.
AfriCred is not a financial institution, lender, or direct provider of loans or remittance services. All loans and remittance services are facilitated through licensed third-party providers, and the responsibility for final decisions regarding admissions, employment, visas, loans, and remittances rests exclusively with the respective third-party providers or relevant authorities. AfriCred does not guarantee job placements, university admissions, visa approvals, or the success of loan or remittance applications. These outcomes are entirely subject to the discretion of third-party providers and relevant authorities.
AfriCred’s refund policy strictly applies only to the fees directly charged by AfriCred for its services, as explicitly outlined in the payment breakdown provided to each client. Refunds are not available for fees paid to third-party providers, and services already rendered by AfriCred, including profile evaluation, document preparation, application assistance, or advisory services. Once AfriCred has commenced or completed the delivery of services, no refunds will be issued, except in exceptional circumstances as outlined in AfriCred’s Refund Policy.
AfriCred’s role is limited to facilitating connections and providing guidance; it shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or delays arising from the actions, decisions, or outcomes of third-party providers. By accessing or using AfriCred’s platform and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and are bound by this disclaimer, AfriCred’s Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy, and all associated policies that relates to AfriCred’s services.
