The Marketing Management (MM) specialization covers the modules on International Marketing, Customer Segmentation, Customer Relationship Management, Brand Management, Product Launch, Marketing Plan Development, Marketing Communication, Product Launch and Management, Market Entry Strategies and Distribution. The program will also cover the modules on product strategies and pricing.

    The one year online MBA (Master of Business Administration) in Marketing Management is a comprehensive program designed for the marketing professionals who are looking forward to a great career in the marketing domain. Post completion of the program, the learners will be awarded with a postgraduate diploma in Marketing Management from Cambridge International Qualifications, UK and an MBA in Marketing Management Universidad Católica de Murcia, UCAM.

    The students enrolling with MBA in Marketing Management will undertake the core modules on International Human Resources, Strategic Change Management, Strategic Management and Leadership and Operations Management and specialized modules on International Marketing Management, Marketing Management and 21 st Century Globalization in First Part while in the second part the students will take the module on Socio – Economic – Legal Environment and a thesis work.

    Master of Business Administration

    Part A consists of six modules, out of which four modules are core while two are specialized modules. Upon completion of Part A, learners will earn 120 UK Credits from Cambridge International Qualifications (CIQ), UK.

    Part B of the program includes a mandatory module and a thesis work. By completing their entire qualification, learners will obtain 60 European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) from Universidad Católica de Murcia (UCAM), Spain.

    International Marketing Management

    This module is designed to expose and help the students to gain an awareness of the various aspects of marketing in a global context. Understanding of contemporary theories and their applications in the research field of international marketing and management that provides the students with an opportunity to understand the global marketing environment.

    • Analyse the changing business environment(s) globally and how they pose challenges to marketing management functions in organisations.
    • Develop marketing plans with application of appropriate marketing models, tools and techniques
    • Evaluate the processes involved in brand management and how they influence consumer behavior

    This module is designed to help students understand the influence consumer behavior has on marketing activities. Students apply psychological, social and cultural concepts to marketing decision making. Topics include the importance of consumer behaviour and research; internal influences such as motivation and involvement, personality, self-image, life-style, perception, learning, attitude formation and change, and communication; external influences such as culture, subculture, social class, reference groups and family, and the diffusion of innovations; and consumer decision making
